Nina Elisabeth Berge brings over 20 years of experience as a recruiter, search specialist, and Talent Acquisition manager, establishing herself as a trusted expert in identifying and connecting exceptional talent with organizations.
Before her career in recruitment, Nina spent more than a decade in banking and finance, excelling in roles such as Authorized Financial Advisor, Director Finance and Product Manager. Her ability to navigate complex industries with precision and care laid the foundation for her success in talent acquisition.
Nina’s career also includes serving as Sales and Marketing Manager for a waste management company in the Stavanger region, where she honed her leadership and strategic planning skills. Additionally, her entrepreneurial spirit has driven her to run her own business, managing diverse roles across multiple industries.
In 2022, she launched Magnet Executive Search alongside her partners Ingunn and Cecilie. Together, they are known for innovative approaches and a deep commitment to elevating both organizations and careers.
Now, she is furthering her own development pursuing a nursing degree to gain valuable insight and expertise towards the health sector. Health will be one of the major focus areas for North Magnet.
